Reservations and Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS

One nights deposit required to hold reservation. Payment of balance is expected on day of arrival.

All of our reservations and prices are based on double occupancy and a shared bed .

Each additional adult 10 or older is $20.00 per person, children 10 & under $10.00 per child.

Our tax is 2%

Our reservations are made by phone or e-mail

No pets, No smoking.

We do not allow pets of any kind inside or outside and there is to be no smoking inside our units.

Our establishment is a non smoking no pets facility.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do charge a cancellation fee automatically after your reservation has been made and confirmation is sent,

if there is a cancellation. There is a 30 day cancellation period.

After that time we only do a refund minus the cancel fee "IF" we can rebook your date's completely.

If you have made your reservation through an agent and not through us directly please be aware of our cancellation policy, website, as well as sending in your signed conformation letter to insure all dates are correct an reservation is confirmed.

Make sure your unit is correct, date, property and is exactly what you reserved.

BOOKING THROUGH AGENTS

It is up to you, (the consumer) to confirm what property you are staying at, type of unit, how many people it sleeps, configuration of beds, whether it has a ladder to a loft, how accessible it is to you, date, price, taxes and that you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made directly through Victorian Serenity, not an agent.

We are not liable for incorrect information given to you by any agent or person other than Victorian Serenity.

We at Victorian Serenity offer clean comfortable eclectic lodging and want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay with us as well as your time in Seward. We are a three month business and we rely on you "the guest", and want your stay to be as smooth as possible.
